Bank statement PDFs to tax‑ready Excel in minutes, not hours.
A Chrome extension built for bookkeepers and tax preparers. Drop in a year of Chase, Bank of America, TD or Citi statements — get categorized transactions, monthly reconciliation and a client-ready workbook. No retyping.
Smart layout parsing
Our engine reads complex statement grids, multi-column tables and page breaks directly on your computer — Chase check runs, BofA two-column withdrawals, Citi's activity blocks, all handled.
100% private conversions
We never see or store your files. Every conversion runs locally in your browser, so client statements never touch a server.
Fast conversions
No queue, no upload wait. Statements are read and categorized right in your browser, one after another.
Automatic accuracy checks
Every extracted deposit and withdrawal is matched against the statement's own ending balance, so a mismatched month gets flagged before it reaches a client.
Watch a Chase PDF become a finished workbook
60 seconds, no cuts. Import, review categories, reconcile the month, export to Excel.
Four steps from statement folder to client deliverable
Add a client
Business name, EIN, tax year. Each client keeps its own books, chart of accounts and rules.
Import the PDFs
Drop a whole year of statements. Duplicates across overlapping statements are caught before they land.
Review & reconcile
Auto-categorized by rules that learn from your corrections. Every month shows OK or MISMATCH against the statement balance.
Export
One workbook per client and year: info sheet, bank sheet, detected heads, reconciliation, full transaction list. QBO file too.
Made by a preparer who was tired of retyping statements
Auto-categorize that learns
Keyword and contains rules out of the box. Fix a transaction once and the rule is saved — firm-wide or for that client only.
Monthly reconcile gate
Computed ending balance is checked against every statement. Export warns you before a mismatched month reaches a client.
Split transactions
Break one bank line into two or more categories. Totals always tie back to the statement.
Backup & restore
Export a client or your whole firm to a file. Restore on another machine in seconds.
Editable chart of accounts
Rename categories, import JSON packs, keep firm defaults and per-client overrides side by side.
Client data never leaves the PC
No account, no cloud, no per-page upload fees. Statements are parsed inside Chrome on your own machine.
Why local-only matters for your practice
Online statement converters ask you to upload your clients' bank statements to a third-party server. This extension does the same job without ever sending a byte off your computer — simpler for engagement letters, simpler for your own peace of mind.
One license. Unlimited clients, unlimited statements.
Priced for solo preparers and small firms — pays for itself on the first client.
- All bank parsers
- Unlimited clients and PDFs

Questions preparers ask first
How accurate is the PDF parsing?
Chase statements parse cleanly. Bank of America, Wells Fargo and the generic parser flag lines that need a quick check. Every import shows a parse-quality score so you know before you start reviewing.
Does client data ever leave my computer?
No. Statements are parsed entirely inside Chrome on your machine — nothing is uploaded to a server, so there's nothing extra to disclose in an engagement letter.
What happens with duplicate statements?
If a new import matches transactions already in a client's book by date, amount and description, you'll get a warning with the option to skip duplicates, import anyway, or cancel.
Can I cancel mid-season?
The monthly plan cancels any month with no penalty. The tax-season license runs a flat six months and covers October through April.
